Quest - Notice to the shareholders - Prospectus Update

1. Quest Cleantech Fund sub-fund Class A removal

Further to a merger operation, the Quest Cleantech Fund sub-fund Class A is not active any longer. All references to this share class have been removed from the prospectus.

2. Performance Fee removal

Performance Fee was only applicable to the Quest Cleantech Fund sub-fund Class A. Consequently, all Performance Fee related disclosures have been removed from the prospectus.

3. Sub-fund ESG policy update

In order to be in line with the November 2021 Investment Manager ESG policy, the Quest Cleantech Fund & Quest + sub-funds ESG parts have been updated.

4. Sub-fund investment areas clarification

The investment areas descriptions of the Quest Cleantech Fund & Quest+ compartments have been simplified.

5. ESG Taxonomy disclosure
The ESG Taxonomy disclosures for the Quest Cleantech Fund & Quest+ sub-funds have been updated. In particular, the minimum taxonomy alignment has been inserted in the prospectus.

6. Ancillary liquid assets
A description of the ancillary liquid assets application for the Quest Cleantech Fund & Quest+ compartments has been inserted in the prospectus.

These changes will be reflected in the Prospectus to be dated August 2022, a copy of which is available free of charge at the registered office of the Fund.
