Ensemble Esperanza

First-class concerts by young talents

Sold-out concerts at the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie and awards at the International Classical Music Awards and Opus Klassik: the Ensemble Esperanza has already achieved many milestones in its seven years.

In winter 2015, the International Academy of Music in Liechtenstein founded the Ensemble Esperanza. The members of the ensemble are musicians aged between 15 and 28 who have a scholarship at the Academy of Music. These international talents are among the most promising musicians of their generation.

It is the aspiration of the Academy of Music to provide education that addresses the personality as a whole, and this is a concern that VP Bank shares. With its sponsorship commitments, VP Bank wants to promote young talents with exceptional achievements. These young musicians have already demonstrated many times that they can accomplish extraordinary things. The Ensemble Esperanza was awarded the Special Achievement Award at the International Classical Music Awards in 2017 and received the Prize for the Promotion of Young Talents at Opus Klassik in 2018.

As the main sponsor and Presenting Partner, VP Bank facilitates various concerts of the ensemble in the important home market of Liechtenstein, in major European cities as well as in Asia. “This support is very much in line with VP Bank’s long-standing commitment to the arts and the cultural sector.
